kp99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kp99 platform, including all products, services, features, and content made available by kp99 at https://kp99.today. The term "Platform" refers to the kp99 website, any associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming products accessible through your kp99 account. The term "you" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or places a bet or wager through kp99.

By creating an account on kp99, logging in to an existing account, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. kp99 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a kp99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains open. kp99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage.

Eligibility Requirements

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of kp99 or any of its associated companies, partners, or service providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a kp99 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Account Accuracy

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms. kp99 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents may include:

• National ID card or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of registered bKash account)

Deposits

Deposits into your kp99 account must be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kp99 does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile financial service provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply:

• All active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• kp99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within five minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high traffic or due to KYC requirements, processing may take longer.
• kp99 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly first withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to the same payment source used for deposits.

All sports betting and casino game activities on kp99 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket, football, slots, live casino) are published on the relevant product pages. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule applies.

General Betting Conditions

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the kp99 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• kp99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or data feed fault. Where possible, such voids will be communicated to the affected player.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per event may apply and are displayed on the relevant betting market page. Wins exceeding the published maximum will be capped at that amount.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of betting.

Disputes

Any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with kp99 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. kp99's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject only to a formal internal review process.

All content on the kp99 Platform — including but not limited to the kp99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and proprietary data — is the intellectual property of kp99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the kp99 Platform without the prior written consent of kp99. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

kp99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity or payment verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring kp99 to restrict access to or freeze the funds in a particular account.

Where an account is closed by kp99 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure occurs for reasons not related to player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

kp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kp99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the nature of the change is significant, kp99 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the kp99 Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
